    Hi guys - Just want to see who is around today. Seems I can think of a few people who are missing in action. For instance, where is Kathi??

    Happy Tuesday to all. I'm doing okay today. Drinking my water, working. No fun. For exercise today I will either do a 30 minute walk or the 2-Mile WATP video.

    What is everyone else up to today??

    Hi there Sarah....Im here....Still getting over this nasty bronchitis infection....I have had 2 cups of water this morning....and deviled eggs for breakfast...

    Depending on how I feel will determine if I workout...I may just take a brisk walk.

      I am dragging my butt this morning, a day or 2 away from TOM, the thought of a 60 minute walk sounds like death to me right now. On the bright side....I had that amazing roasted garlic whipped cream recipe on my steak last night thats in food and cooking chat. Methinks I had a wee bit too much cream yesterday. TOM cravings were extreme! But I only caved to a handful of blueberries with some cream mixed with water and da vinci blueberry syrup, and a bowl of pork rinds cinnamon mock cereal. (with cream and water) and the garlic whipped cream on my steak! Not bad considering I used to eat a brick or 2 of cream cheese and cocoa in one sitting at TOM time ROFL

        Good Morning Sarah

        I keep coming back here this morning. Was planning a trip swimming but my daughter has to work after all so Im hanging home ........... again and guess Im going to sand walls today. Sooooooo in over my head with this project. I dont mind taking it down and cleaning it up or painting but I hate the prep work on the walls. The people that put the panelling and paper up I swear used super glue. It is a mess.

        Vent done!

        I started the day with my cup of coffee and had some crabmeat for breakfast with a few mini flax muffins. I made chocolate ones this time and they are really good. One quart of water almost down and Ill be doing WATP today as the humidity is awful already.

        Hope to hear from kathi today. Desert had a great idea to start a buddy thread and let people pair up so we dont get lost in the hecticness of all the posts. I may start a thread so we can get that ball rollin'

            I'm here on my day two. Planning on running for about an hr. I had 2 eggs with cheese on top and bacon for breakfast. I have to work from 2-10 tonight so I'll prob eat something at work (grilled chicken salad or something like that).

              Sounds like everyone is doing great!!!! Star - wishing your TOM cravings away for you, and Terry, you poor woman. I hate projects like that. Natasha and Kat, you two are doing so good!! Keep up the hard work!

                  Its hard to get rolling with the exercise, but once you do it, don't you feel great? I feel so much better when I accomplish my exercise goals. Terry, are you completely better after your recent injury - no more back pain?

                    hello everyone. have the day off today so i'm just hanging out catching up on some laundry and cleaning. it has been a good week so far. after hanging around 168 for some time now, the scale has started to move again and i am down to 165. honestly, these little drops just come out of nowhere sometimes! you do everything right for weeks, and nothing..but then one day-whoosh! nonetheless, i'm quite excited! i went through some more of my old clothes yesterday night and have accumulated garbage bags of stuff that is too big! going shopping has been soo much better than i can ever rememer it being haha! i think that it will be harder to conserve my money when i can fit into things so much easier than before! aanyways...so this is me just checking in saying hello. hope everyone else is having a fabulous tuesday!

                        I'm here...at work, doing nothing as usual. And the boss is out today, so phones should be dead. I will read, do puzzles, and hang out on the boards. Went through last night and put away all the clothes that I am 10 pounds or so too big to wear comfy... my closet is much emptier, and maybe the visual will be the impetus I need to get things rolling again.

                        FINALLY got to make breakfast this am, so the day is started off right, and I have 3-32 oz bottles of decaf ice tea uin the fridge, to be consumed prior to 5:00 quitting time. Tired today. Dont feel ---- right. Can't put my finger on it though.

                        Think a buddy list is a great idea!!!

                          Hello, everyone, I am here today. I don't get a lot of time to be online when I'm working and running around, so its good to be able to post and check back in here. My life is going pretty good, I'm getting ready for a camp in a few weeks that I'm running. I finally got dh to start this woe with me. He is Not excited to do it, but desperatly wants to lose 30 or 40 lbs he gained since we got married almost a year ago. I keep telling him after a week he'll feel a lot better but he doesn't believe me.

                            Hi All! I'm sitting here with cup of coffee #1, reading the boards, just having gotten up.

                            Going to take my daughter and her friend to work out today, as they need to practice for volleyball tryouts. I'll get a good long workout done, as they have informed me that it will take them 1 1/2 hours.

                            Then we are going to the beach again. Ah, summer days!
                            I'm hoping that while I'm gone, Michigangirly will come over and do MY laundry and clean MY house! <hint hint - it's not THAT far from Michigan to California!)

                            I have to hit the grocery store at some point, as I'm running out of veggies! Yikes! (Unless Michigangirly can do that, too?)
