    day 7 check-in

Hello everyone, hope you are all doing well. Here we go again(lol)

    Today(day 7)
    Treadmill

    Week 1 day 1 of Couch-5k 20minutes
40 minutes on the treadmill at low intensity

    3.2 miles
    60minutes
    399calories

for some reason today was extra hard for me maybe becuase I am now doing the couch-5k program so I took it pretty slow as you all can see,I only burned a measly 399 calories. It's all good though.

    Great job!!!

I try not to count/look at how many calories I have burned because it just depresses me after such a good workout.
