    Hi all! Once again, I've been away from the computer all day - at the beach.

    Before the beach, I went to the gym and did 45 min of cardio and upper body weight training.

    So I'm getting toned AND tan!!!!!
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    45 minute walk. very nice walk. 4th day of induction, all is well.
