  • Fitday PC- Yep! It was a good retail therapy call!!

This program really rocks and has so many more features than the online software does!

My favorite thing so far is that it'll take your entire days food and turn it into a single nutrition label! That's so cool! I like the BMR planning, and the measurements chart as well as the mood meter.

It's much more comprehensive than the site. I haven't monkied with the menu planning yet.

    Yet.

    Weeeeeeee!

    Pretty cool stuff!

Sounds like fun! Never hurts to have a new toy especially if it encourages your woe!

I've had a bit more time to toy with it, and yeah.....I really like it!

Like I said, I like that it'll break down the entire day into a single nutrition label for me to look at. That's pretty darn slick.

The way it has foods listed/organized makes digging through and finding what I want a snap.

I like that it does the whole mood thing as well as keep a record of body measurements too.

So yep. Very cool & a good call. And as usual, I'm being a MUCH better girl when I journal.

1.8lbs gone since my Fitday PC purchase. I'd say it's worth it. heh!
