Well I've made it to day 3! I need to cut back on my cheese, I've been eating way too much. Other then that, I feel great and am glad to be cheat free.

Re: made it to day 3
Flax seed meal is available at Walmart, Walgreens, and most nutrition centers.
It tastes a little like wheat germ. You can use 2-3 tablespoons a day to keep you "regular" (and it truly saved my life the first time I tried it!) and will also make your hair, skin and nails look great.
I either make it into a cereal (mix with water to make a runny paste, then nuke for 30 seconds, add cream and splenda) or a cracker (equal amounts water and flax seed, dash salt, spread thinly on a piece of parchment paper, nuke for 2 1/2 min) that I melt cheddar cheese on for my mid-morning snack.
I have never heard of it stalling anyone. That seems weird! It's got practically as many grams of fiber as carbs!
I can't do without it now. It's helped me overcome any cravings for a grilled cheese sandwich or melted cheese on saltines, it saves me from the Dreaded Constipation, and it's just plain yummy!Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05

Here is myflax bread recipe
http://www.lowcarbrecipes.org/recipe...and%20Biscuits
It can be made lighter in texture by adding a few tablespoons of water but then it doesnt keep quite as long I found.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
