  • Wednesday Exercise Check-In

    Today I did my usual: 15 min of stationary bike, 20 min at 3.5 hours on the treadmill, lower body weight training, abs, and 12 laps in the pool.

    I noticed, however, that it's a piece of cake for me now. Sure, I feel it, but I am not tired when I'm done. I don't want to increase cardio minutes, and I'm already at 1.5 elevation on the treadmill, so I think I may switch the stationary bike out for the elliptical again and do a higher slant and resistence.

    I also raised the poundage of the weights this week. Feels good!8

      OMG I missed 1 day of walking in 40 some days and you'd think my friggin legs were gonna fall off! I HURT!!!!!! Well thats it, if its a cakewalk if I do it every day, and causes this much pain when I skip a day...I am gonna push myself to do it no matter how I feel! Gawwwd I'm a WRECK!!! huff puff huff puff

      Oh yeah gallon of water in Moms!
