        You guys are tough!! I am here. I have been on vacation. My Mom is visiting me here in Orlando, so of course we have been doing theme parks, etc. You should be proud, though, when everyone else was eating their hamburger and greasy french fries (which looked good by the way) we were eating our boiled eggs, bacon, and five peanuts. I wasn't very happy at that moment, but we pushed through. Yay.

        Thanks for checking on me. I am glad to be back.

        1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
        what the rungs mean to me:
        rung 1 - more veggies
        rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
        rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
        rung 4 - berries, melon
        rung 5 - wine -
        rung 6 - beans, hummus
        rung 7 - other fruits
        rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
        rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
        Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
        (on to pre-maintenance)

          Hi Shannon!

          So glad you checked in. Even more glad to hear that you are doing OK. All that walking around a theme park is great exercise!

          Eggs arent quite greasy burgers and fries BUT you feel a whole lot better after eating them instead of the other! Good for you!!

          Enjoy the rest of your time with your Mom!

                I knew that if we threatened her, she'd check in ! Shannon, you are SO awesome! If you made it thru vacation while sticking to the plan, then you can accomplish ANYTHING! SOOO proud of you!!!!!
