                Welcome, welcome!

It IS harder to get back on track the second time. At least for the first week. But once you're in ketosis, and the Atkins High happens, you'll find that:

                1. You know what to expect, so there's less worry and questioning of everything.

                2. You pretty much know what you can eat and some good recipes and menus, so you don't have to spend a lot of time searching and asking questions.

Do yourself a favor and measure yourself. Use Mybodycomp.com and record the measurements. We are at the tail end of a 2-week measuring challenge, and will check in on Tuesday. Then we'll start again. It is SO nice to see that tape measure move, even if the scale is slow!

                      Re: Im new!

You have come to the right place! Look around we have a daily exercise thread, a water drinking conversation going on every day to help eachother get our water in as well as a daily check in to keep up with how we are all doing. Be sure to keep in touch!

I second what Finelly has to say on the measuring. It will be a life saver for you when the scale is being a putz and not cooperating. Inches will still be coming off.

Congrats on making the decision to return to what you know is going to work for you if you just keep trying!

Hi, Blueeyes, welcome to , and STAC. Glad you found us, glad you joined. You can get your little STAC sticker at the top of this forum if you like.

I echo what the others said, but I don't know if its harder the second time around or it we just gave ourselves permission to cheat and now its easier to do so. Some of us find that getting thru the first day is the hardest but once that is accomplished, its down hill, and down inches and down weight all the way.
Check in often cause these folks have a habit of going out looking for you if you don't.
Again thanks for finding us and joining. You won't regret it.
