I couldn't avoid that nifty gadget we call a SCALE at the gym today.I needed the motivation so I stepped on it and......12pounds gone forever...I know I don't sound that excited but I am,just not as excited as I'll be when I jump on it again in the future and it says 199.But I'm proud of myself though.I'm really persevering.Anyhoo, here we go:
