I'm doing okay Kathi. I struggled last week and had some slip-ups, but this week is going better. I'm back on track with my foods. Bought my self some feel good lipstick and shoes, re-evaluated why I'm doing this and moving forward!!

Sarah - I am glad you are doing better! Do you have a buddy yet? If not, or you want another, let me know!!!
I have hard times every now and then because I am still down about being fat at my wedding. Yeah, I lost 93 pounds before I got married, but it just wasn't good enough for me. I feel like I took away from the beauty of being a bride with my fat arms and wide body....if I can just get over it maybe I can move forward and feel better.
I don't see that happening...

Kathi- Can you set a "prize" up for when you reach goal, to have another recommitment ceremony? Maybe one of those honeymoon things where you are at somewhere romantic and you get pictures and all? Not very articulate this am, but maybe that would take the negative experience and turn it into a positive goal?

Kathy - I have no wedding photos up in our house. When I hit a thin weight, I'm going to pin the dress around my body and dh says we can go have photos taken. He's totally cool with it, even though he says I was gorgeous when we married!!!!!!Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05

My dh is the most amazing, wonderful person I have ever known in my life. He totally adores me, and I him. He thinks that whether I weigh 140 (which he has never seen) or 218, I am completely sexy and fascinating.
