How are all the water chuggers doing today?

I am behind. When I am out shopping I dont chug it down as quickly as I am not all that into using a public bathroom unless I have to. But am working on it! (The water that is not the bathrooms)

I can only get in 24 oz. at work due to my job as a crane operator but now that I am home, I am drinking water and running to the bathroom like crazy. I did buy a 5 gallon water dispenser last time I was on Atkins and now I need to go refill a them tomorrow. I figure if the water is extra cold and handy, I will drink it more and I do. Of course, it dispenses hot water too for teas and such. ~~Linda

That job is definately one that does not allow for may potty breaks. You can only do what you can when working and do your best when home. Doing good!

By the time I get done my walk tonight I'll have all my water in, and then (its amazing) early rising isn't a problem for me...cause I have to flippin pee REAL EARLY! lol
