I'm in the teens today and almost 1/2 way to my mini goal of ditching 20 pounds by Sept 19th (when I start classes again)...finally. It's not the "teens" that I was in back when I was in 6th grade, but atleast I'm in familiar territory again.
Drinking water
(100+oz a day) and walking...my walkings gone down from 3 miles a day to 1 mile because of extreme fatigue this time around; next week will be pushing back up ( I just got to)
I know better then to ride the scale every day, but for the sake of making sure I stick to Induction like glue sticks to a cat's butt I need to keep some kind of visual record. I know it'll bite me on the rear, so I'm also doing the tape measure thingy too, which I figure out on Monday.
