Hey guys... just wanted to let you all know that I'm doing good. Saw my nutritionist on Wednesday and have been eating all kinds of stuff. She's an awesome lady... knows all about Atkins and low-carbing so it wasn't too hard for her to come up with a good tailored diet for me. I'm now taking a high level calcium supplement along with an AMAZING prescription vitamin (it's like the one I took when I was pregnant..woohoo.) I do get to eat bran cereal and whole grain bread each day, so that's been fun...lol. I don't get to eat all the high fat/meat protein I was eating on Atkins, but I'm not that upset... I'm pretty happy with my meals. What I didn't expect was that I would lose weight that fast....especially changing from Atkins woe to a new one...BUT, I got on the scale today and almost fainted because in three days of my new woe, I've lost 4 pounds! Wow! I'm really happy about that and hopefully it will continue. I miss you guys... don't always feel like I should post here because I'm not doing Atkins anymore, but you all are such inspiration... so I've been lurking...LOL. Everyone keep up the great work!!!!
