Ok I have my shoes on, removed box of computer parts from the deck, plugged it in, turned it on and setting the timer for 15 minutes! I'll be back!

WAY TO GO!
You know, when I started working out, I was so out of shape that I literally could only do about 10 min. ANd I was EXHAUSTED. I mean, there I was, sweating like a pig, out of breath, feeling like I wanted to go take a nap, and I still had weight training to do....oy vey.
I increased by 5 min every three days, and now I'm up to 45 min without a problem.
Easy does it, that's the key. Set really tiny goals so you know you can achieve them!
You should be very proud of yourself. I know it was hard for you to even get the motivation to get on the darned thing. ALL beginnings are hard (say the Jewish sages, and boy are they right!).Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05

Wow! That's awesome! I remember 5 minutes killing me!! And of course, there was the audience. It was like, hey let's all WATCH Mom kill herself!!! LOL. It gets better the more you do it!! (And less of a novelty so nobody wants to watch anymore)BARB
