I just started back on it about a week ago, I weighed myself today and NOTHING!?!? I have only lost half a pound (doen't count...after a whole week), and only one inch
. I think that it could well be my fault though. I have been drinking alchohal alot lately...(still in college) that has an effect doesent it? We'll I need opinions. This is what I eat...
Atkins Shakes, Cheese, Meat (lots of fish), tons of nuts, low carb veggies, salads, decaf coffee, my alcohal consists of rum and diet soda...could it be the caffeine? and wine
