    Hello everyone.I hope everyone is doing well today.I for one am,very tired.Today is day 12,two more days to go woohoo,then I go on extended induction.I cannot wait to add some macadamia nuts to my list of induction foods.The crunch and the fiber.yum.You know what I have noticed?here's the story.I have this shirt that is kinda revealing because it is in a V-shape at the front.Yesterday I put it on and it was falling off my shoulders!!!So I'm starting to think that the 12pounds I just lost all came from my chest area.That's isn't a bad thing I guess really.I'm a DD and I used to be a B-cup(in high school I was about 150?maybe less).But I really wish it would have come off my stomach,but they do say that where you gain last is where you lose last right?Sorry if I've bored you with my mindless chatter.Anyhoo,today is my take it slow day,just cleaning my room,running some errands,just keeping busy over all.Tomorrow is going to be a very tiring day.An hour and a half weight training with a personal trainer.Bench presses and everything.I always wanted to learn how to benchpress.such mindless chatter lol.
    I CAN RESIST EVERYTHING AND TEMPTATION.

    WOO HOO!
    When I gained back my weight, I gained about 6 inches in the shoulders. I've lost several, and things fit better already. You are probably losing a ton of inches there!

    By the way, macademia nuts are not for extended induction. They are on the nuts rung of OWL, so be sure to go thru the other OWL rungs before you hit the nut shelf in the grocery aisle!!!!!

      oh Blast.Let me understand this better then.In the book it says that if you plan on staying on induction,then you can start adding an ounce of nuts to see if it agrees with you and if you continue to lose.See I'll quote it:

      "If you do decide to stay on induction,your reward ist hat you can now add an ounce of delicious nuts and seeds to your daily intake and see how you do..."
