    Answered in Review my Menu. Forgot to mention, while the sardines and pepperoni aren't top choices for the extra sodium, they're definitely doable when needed! If you don't have any fresh meat on hand, it's great to have back-ups like this around. (unless you find these types of processed foods stall you )

      I can't tell much, since you didn't give the final percentages....
