    45 min cardio plus lower body weight training today.

    Not to mention 3 hours at the mall.........
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    bah, I'm wounded.

    I danced at a party on friday night and saturday I was limping ALL DAY. *sigh* Time to go to the doctor, although my insurance is changing so I will have to go to the school doctor for now.

    So, nothing for me today. Rest!

      Walked for an hour despite feeling crappy...its so HUMID!
