  • I was bad....

    Hi all!

    Sorry for disappearing over the weekend, I had a friend in from out of town. He treated me to a Ruth's Chris steak (yum) one night and my favorite restaurant the second night. The second night I succumbed to their portuguese cornbread. I don't feel too bad about it since it'll probably be a year before I get to go back to that restaurant, but at the same time... bleh.

    I didn't cheat at all other than that though. No cravings today or anything. All in all I am hoping it'll just make me retain water for a day or two and then ketosis will resume.

    I thought I'd fess up though. ;-P

    Glad you didn't let it turn into a carb binge. The important thing is to pick yourself up and get right back on the woe. If all you had was the bread, it's likely that you didn't go out of ketosis, but you never know...

          Thanks all!

          I was really happy that I wasn't craving carbs like crazy yesterday, believe me! And I'm thirsty thirsty thirsty (as usual) so I think i'm still in ketosis - or at least I'm BACK in ketosis. yay!

            Great job on fessing up! Think if people feel like they can confess and move on, maybe people wouldnt fall off the wagon for so long, or disappear?
