For some reason I always have problems with weekends. I do fine during the week then mess up on the weekend. Well I did fine Saturday, but had a sweet tooth attack on Sunday and ate a bunch of what I shoudln't have. I'm putting it behind me, and don't want to gripe about it. I'm getting ready to go for a run now. Just wanted to tell everybody hi! This is going to be a good week!

Shoe...I used to have the same problem...
But mine was b/c I no longer has a structured day like i do on the weekdays b/c of work and other things....
How I fix this is I way keep something sweet on hand....like this weekenb I made a milk shake with Heavy whipping cream, Divinci Syrup and some whey protien....really good....
I learn that I have to structure myself on the weekend too and now I do ok....Induction Started: 7/18/05

Similar issue on the weekends. Think its because instead of being isolated in my office, messing around on ADBB all day, suddenly there are people around, eating things that smell yummy, and drinking things that are MUCH more interesting than my water, and wanting to go do, go get, go eat... and I'm in the car with the kids, and we can go HOME nad make healthy lunch, or just stop somewhere,,, on and on..
Perhaps, since the weekends are bad, our employers would just let us work through them?
