Hmmm, i can't decide either. Probably cold cuts and cheese, I'm guessing. Maybe some asparagus. I'm not motivated to cook tonight, and I'm out of food.

I think I'm going to have a boneless porkchop and some low-carb coleslaw (my new favorite summer veggie treat!). YUMMY!

On Sunday I slowcooked some turkey legs in a chili sauce. It was a tad bit spicy Served it with cauliflower and a side salad.

                  Re: Monday: What's for Dinner?

I had Spaghetti and Meatballs! Okay, I'm a top rung OWLer, so I can have that!

I make my own meatballs, use Bella Vita Low Carb Basil Tomato pasta sauce and Dreamfields low carb/diabetic pasta. A serving of Dreamfields has only 5 digestible carbs, and the pasta sauce has 4 net carbs, so that's only 9 grams! Oh and Dreamfields is real pasta - and doesn't have that wet dog biscuit taste that other low carb pastas have.

I'm not a big pasta person, but it's nice to have this option when a pasta craving comes up now and then!

I agree. Dreamfields pasta is the best, although I am on induction so I will have to wait for a while till I can have that again. My husband, who does not do Atkins even likes it.
