  • DaY 13 check-in

    today is definitely the worst day in a looong time.I woke up at 7a.m because I wanted to go workout early on another campus and get it over with but I had to rush back to bed because I was having the worst cramps I've ever had.I mean,I was sweating that's how bad it was.It's been like that all day and I've had to go and lay down periodically.I'm guessing the combinations of food I had yesterday really did a number on me.Let's just say I'm never having a little carton of cream ever ever again,or sardines with mayo(yuck,TOM really must be coming because never would I have such a disgusting combination).I felt like crying every second because my PMS is really bad and my school was messing with me big time.On top of it,my personal trainer(for wightlifting)cancelled on me today.I went to the gym and had to turn right back around and go home because the cramps were so bad.I've been drinking lots and lots and lots of water today,will probably go over 150oz by the end of the day.I've been trying to just eat things that will agree with my stomach(I had to eggs so far),and I figured tomorrow I will meet with the trainer for an hour and a half and then stay for an extra half hour and do the couch-5k.

    P.S. one more day till I'm done with induction then it's on to extended induction for me!!!!!
    I CAN RESIST EVERYTHING AND TEMPTATION.

    Awwww {{{HUG}}} Just be strong and have a nice hot bubble bath! Have some flavored decaf tea in the house?

      ((lots2lose)) Hang in there. deffinately agree, bubble bath, decafe tea, hotwater bottle, Midol (or something of the like), or Tylonal.

        And great job on completing induction tomorrow!! Stay strong through TOM so that we can see your I DID IT post tomorrow.

          Hold on! Sorry you arent feeling well. I know if I had too much cream it would affect me like that. (Learned the hard way by overdoing the heaving whipped cream one night.............. oy vay)

            TOM really screws around with us, especially during the first few months of Atkins. Last month I had a complete mental meltdown the day before TOM arrived. I was a wreck. Didn't feel like eating, just felt like everything sucked, what was the point of doing anything, wanted to cry constantly.....and the next day, I was fine.

            So hang in there!

              lol thanks everyone for your support.I feel better actually just reading everyone's encouragement.I made some mashed cauliflower today and it was absolutely delicious(only tasted it,my stomach is still upset ).It's ok though,because I have enough to last a couple of days.
