Time of day to weigh?

    Time of day to weigh?

    What time of day do you all weigh yourselfs? I weigh in the morning because I figure at that time of the day my weight would be more stable. What do you all think. BTW, I couldn't wait for a week to go by so I weighed myself this morning on the start of day five induction and am down 2.4 lbs since last Thursday.

    morning, after I use the bathroom but before i do anything else. Otherwise it's dependent on how much food you eat and water you drink, how much you sweat/exercise/retain water etc...

    I mean it still is, but at least the 8 hours before weighing are pretty much the same each night.

      First thing in the a.m. Go potty and remove most of my clothes. Sometimes I go back to bed (especially if I don't like what I see ) and I'll weigh again when I wake up. I don't worry too much about what it says though. The tape measure is my bestest friend.

        Yep, yep, first thing in the morning, after peeing, and I don't pay the results much attention, since I am a tape measure fanatic!

          Im not weighing and it has taken a huge weight (pun intended) off my shoulders. It has been kind of freeing to not have to go thru that every morning (sometimes noon and night and in between even).

          My tape is my friend!

            1st thing in the morning after doing my business, nekked with nobody around.

            Note to self: got to join in these people who think their tape measure is their "friend". Going to make nice with my tape measure now. However, she gets her tail in knot all the time when I start yelling at her.

              I do weigh in the morning but I weigh with my clothes on, shoes and all b/c in my eyes to me I wanna weigh less with my clothes on not just naked...but thats just my 2 cents..

                I weigh first thing in the morning after all bathroom duties are done...and I whip off my nightie.

                The scale won't make or break my day. But does allow me to see if I've gone wrong somewhere. If it's going upwards I can look over to see what I've done wrong.

                    I weigh first thing in the a.m., after bathroom doody lol and I whip off the nightshirt and even my pony tail holder. If I am not happy with what I see, I go for my hour long walk right away, THAT usually makes a pound drop hahaha, hate going to the docs, cause when she weighs me, I have clothes on and its mid day after at least 1 meal Grrrrr
