Experiencec a BIG whoosh today.Woke up to find that my pajama pants had become loose overnight.lol.All this after overeating because of TOM(it's coming).I didn't weight myself just measured.I'm not weighing again until my birthday(august 31st)but I'm very happy today.THankfully I seem to be losing a lot more inches in my waist than anywhere else.I'm getting closer to my first goal of having a 38inch waist.

congrats Are you moving to OWL or staying longer induction?
Since you are a second timer you already know youre metabolic resistance level and estimated CCLM from DANDR based on those 14 days pounds lost so you really don't need to weigh yourself and contiue avoiding the scales until then.
