So i went on vacation, and really, really messed up. I need to start from the begining and do it as strick as possible. Can you all give me the support and cofidence that I need. What can I eat in the introduction Phase, snacks, cheese.
Im a little confused with what types of cheese I can have, is cream cheese ok?
Celary? Avocado? Pork rids? chicken wings (without sause)? cheese stixs? summer sausage?...,.ect?
I would really appreciate everyones help doing this the right way. I need to look good and feel good about my self again.

There's a sticky at the top on the forums that gives you a wallet-sized printout of what you can eat on induction,but it is Highly highly recommended that you buy the book and read it from front to cover and understand that this a way of eating not a diet.
