Hmmm, sometimes the time difference gets to me a little, so I'll start a "Happy Thursday" thread, I mean, it is lunch time, nearly 1:00PM
I've had a nasty cold that has turned into a bad sinus infection, and am planning to return to work tomorrow. I haven't been to the gym in over a fortnight (I managed to put my back out before I caught my cold) so I'm planning to head there this afternoon, armed with lots of tissues and tons of water and do a nice relaxed workout. If I survive that, I'm back to by 6:00AM work outs before work.
I must say, I'm pretty proud of myself, I've managed to be unwell for close to two weeks and make it through a fairly clean STAC induction. My one failure has been my standard cold remedy (very dark chocolate and red wine) - but the chocolate has such a high cocoa percentage that there were very few carbs.
My sticks are showing moderate and that is just with me lying around the house feeling sorry for myself* and drinking at least four litres of water each day. I'm aiming for large once I get back from the gym this afternoon.
Hope you guys are all coping with the US heat. We are in the middle of our mildest July (mid-winter) in ages - I'm loving it!

*Misery due to TV dying and taken away for repairs the day before I got sick. It has been fixed and is due to be delivered this afternoon, just when I am ready to go back to work. Reading with an intense sinus headache is not fun, so I didn't even get any study done
