This is why I love 2big...give it to you straight, nothing holding back. Buddy, I think she's got your number pegged.

Since you know how to read the new version book that we all agree upon as the RIGHT book, and since you already have experienced the inches loss...I guess all I can add is that you know what works, you know how to understand how many carbs work for losing weight for your body, and you know you're in good company with many of us who have "been there and done that".

Drink your water , get your carbs in order all day long, and exercise, man. You deserve it!

He is a polish butcher that specializes in Polish and German sausages and other meats. Great quality great price ... If you are in NJ please visit there and tell him that Tom ( his number 4 customer ) from Atkins Diet has sent you ... They have pork sausages, veal sausages, beef sausages, hot dogs , pork and veal sausages, pates, homemade liverworst, blood sausages, like 20 different kinds of keilbasi it is awesome.

Anyway having barbeque today but unfortunately had the blood sausage ...
It was awesome but I didnt realize that it was stuffed with barley ...

So my carb count will be a little high today ... I only had 3/4 of one though.
But it was sooooo good.

I found the scale and I am down about 8 lbs or even more. I am past the carb cravings.

My dog loves cats (for dinner )... so make sure she is around when the cats come.

Yes eating tons of veggies ... We belong to an organic veggies coop called purple dragon.

Yeah my lunch is a low carb tuna and swiss wrap.

dinner is meat and veggies.

no breakfast usually ... if I do it is and egg pork roll and cheese ommlette.
+ coffee ... I cant do without it.

One thing though that really really bothers me...men! How they can lose weight faster then women is just so wrong. It's just wrong! Oh well....tis time to get over that fact I guess.

Tom, I just got from NJ I wish I had know about the butcher. We drove to Texas with 36lbs of POrk roll in a cooler. I am back on induction after eating too much Wawa and drinking in A/C.
As for induction and following the rules I never correct the boss, so do it your way, your in charge, it will just be our secret!
