Why dont you post what you are eating today and we can help you along all day long and get you thru your first day of induction. Some people find it helpful for awhile to do this. It helps to keep them accountable to their new commitment (Not to mention keeps em accountable to this group and that can be quite motivating! LOL)
You can do this and we will help. There is alway someone here that can help you out if you have a question or some advise.
Whine, vent, jump for joy......anything you need to get yourself into ketosis and by then you are going to feel great! Your appetite should quiet down and you will get a little energy burst and over all feeling of well being.
Take your supps, dring TONS of water, get a little walk in for some fresh air, read the book, re check out the sticks at the top of the forum and hang in there. If you start today by this time next week you are are going to be glad you did!
