  • Thursday check in!!

    Good Morning!

    Since I am not using the scale this time around, I was looking for a new sign that I was losing. I got it first thing this morning.

    After I showered, powdered, creamed and all that girly stuff I realized that (sorry men) when putting on my bra that I am now having to tuck the girls into the apparatus a little differently now. That deflating thing is going on again.

    And I thought it was great! LOL

    Back to check in time:

    How is every one doing today? I have a lunch with some out of town relatives today and need to get someting legal made to bring along. Right after I have a couple of flax muffins for breakfast.

    Good Morning Terry!

    Not much going on today. Just sitting here sipping my peppermint tea and finishing up my breakfast of a flax muffin. Mmmm

    Mainly just running about town today. Doing the bank...post office...grocery store...yanno...all the fun stuff.

      Good morning!

      Well, so far so good for me today. I got my exercise in bright and early again today (very proud of myself for this accomplishment). The scale is not moving, but I'm not going to let that bother me (yet). So, all in all it will be a great Thursday.

      I'm working on the following goals this week:

      1. Get atleast 64 oz of water in each day (I'm exceeding this, but usually have trouble with the water).

      2. Exercise at least 4 times this week for no less than 30 minutes (at this rate, will be exceeding this as well).

      3. Exercise in the a.m. to ensure that it gets done, with benefit of knowing any additional activities will be low carb icing on my low carb cake.

      4. Write down every morsel of food I put in my mouth. Does anyone have a good website they use that has the carb/fiber count of most foods?

      What is everyone else up to this week?

          Im glad to see you doing a little melting over there yourself.....

          Work is going well and everything seem to be ok....running to the restroom of course...but i have now gotten used to that....

            Good morning everyone! (Or should I say afternoon since it is after 12...)

            Terry, that is so great that you can see the weight loss. Change is so motivating.

            As I have been walking around the office this morning I have noticed that my pants seem a little looser today than usual; especially around the tum area and thighs. Yeah! I'm not through Induction yet, but will be by Sunday evening.

            The past few days I haven't gotten my water in like I should, but I am working on it now and have gotten the first four cups in.

            I hope everyone is a step closer to their goal today. Isn't it great to be alive!

                Poor things......... they sure are! Still fill out this D cup but they are more a deflated D right now. Oh to be perky again.

                    fatchels, thanks for the info. I do use fitday occasionally. I actually ended up printing the carb count list from the official Atkins website yesterday
