    Last Night I had a steak..Today Ill have an egg with cheese in the morrning and going out for lunch with a friend, Ill eat a salad with water. Tonight, Will be a bit harder, its my friends birthday and the two couples are going to P F Changs, I already looked at the menu and the Shrip sounds like a good choise (i love sea food)...no drinking....that will be the hardest. I can do this! If I snack it will Most likley be a hard boiled egg, or cheese. and Water Water Water!!!!

    Good Morning blue!

    Be sure to get some carbs in with some of the veggies from the induction list. It is best to spread them out thru the day so be sure to get a side veggie dish or small garden salad with the shrimp tonight. It will help keep your blood sugars stable.

    You can do make it without the alcohol. Ask for a slice of lemon or lime in that water. Better yet.......... have some sparkling water with lemon or lime, you will have some fizz and wont feel like you are being deprived while they are drinking.

    Some pepperoni with that cheese might be nice to break it up if you like it.

    Remember your vitamin and be nice to yourself as you step into the beginning of your first week of induction.

    You will do just fine!!
