Hi everyone!
It occurred to me as I was eating sour cream today that I have no idea what things cause me to stall. I also know that there are people on here who know exactly what types of things make them stall.
So, I thought it might be a good idea to have a thread where people report what stalls them (though not necessarily everyone) so that people can check out likely culprits when they think they might be stalling due to something they're eating.
The ones that I know stall some people are: artificial sweeteners, frankenfoods, and cheese.
So here it is folks: What strange things make you stall?
For me, I've noticed that if I don't eat real meals, I tend to lose less weight. So, eating things like cheese/salami and pickles for lunch instead of having a tuna salad - no good for me. It still works, but not nearly as well.
