  • So far, so good

    Today is day four and everything has been good so far. There has been the food cravings but I have fought them off with a stick! I also have been running two miles a day. One in the morning before work and the other after work. I want to get on that scale but I'm fighting that also. I just felt like dropping in and giving a progress report even though there is nothing major here.

    Way 2 Go Live....

    That running will definetly benefit you.....its ok to check the scale but do it moderately....don't become an attic....So give it a whirl and see what happens....

        Those cravings will be gone pretty soon if you are in day 4. Hang in there. It gets easier as time goes on.
