    Hi Fam

    Just checking in and saying good morning.....Whats your game plan today? Any goals, exercising,water intake? Going any special places?


    Well in a few hours Im heading out to check out some loft apartments (thinking of purchasing....) and one of my favorite stores...IKEA whooo hoooo...thats exercise enough im normally in their walking around for at least 2 to 3 hours...lol BF hates these trips...lol but he goes anyway and pretends to like it.

    I will be trying to get my gallon in today....It appears that Im holding on to the water weight from TOM, I briefly remember this happening when i was on Atkins before...

    Having a strawberry shake....Heavy Whipping Cream, Ice, Divinci Vanilla Syrup and Strawberry Whey protien...That beginning breakfast before I have my bacon and eggs....*Hearing Fins voice....Natasha eat Fat, Fat, Fat*.....lol

    Anyway I plan on having a full day.....

    Hows it going Jdech, Michigan, Terr, Fin, Bill, Not2, Blue, Sarah, Star, Live, Knack, Debra, Shelley? Whats your plans?

      It's already afternoon in my part of the world and the weather has gone completely crazy... temperature is a 'whopping' 60F, I'm feeling cold, it's raining like monsoon and I wonder what happened to summer.

      So I decided to skip the trip to a flea market I had planned and type a few items for eBay instead, when the migraine hit me - the weather again, I guess. Have a hard time getting in enough water or food, because I feel so nauseated.

      At least, the one-week weigh in stated 8 lbs of weight loss. Probably 3 lbs TOM-related, but anyway it feels good. Tomorrow is a new day...

        After a really bad night (coughing, coughing, coughing), I woke up this morning and weighed.......205.5 lbs. 207 went away..................WA HOO!

        So anyway, it's about 9:30 and i'm having coffee and I feel like something the cat dragged in because I got so little sleep, but who the heck CARES? lol

        I have absolutely no plans for today except that SOMEONE needs to take out the trash and unload the dishwasher. I have spoken to the cats about it, but they keep staring at me like I'm crazy. I mentioned it to the #1 son and he said "yah, uhuh...." <sigh> I am going to speak to the cats again once I've finished this cup of coffee. THey've been WAY too lazy this week (like me). Swatting the SAME milk bottle top down the hall and back, wrestling with the SAME bathmat......and going thru cans of Mixed Grill like nobody's business. Maybe I will get out my whip.......

            Up at 4 this AM and off by 5 for a meeting several hours away. It has been a really long day. Its now 4 and we have company coming at 5. We didnt get breakfast, only a coffee on the way up and by the time I got home was absolutely starving. I dove into the imitation crab and am pretty sure it has ingredients in it that are not allowed. (And at the moment I did not care, however.... I do now.) So I guess this turned into a cheat day. Damn

            Lesson learned.

              Hi!

              Well, today was my regular saturday brunch. I had: 3 pieces of sausage (like an inch long), 3 pieces of bacon, smoked salmon, one slice of tomato with fresh mozzarella cheese, 2 squares of cantelope, a few chunks of cheese, and frittata.

              and then i found out that sometimes they make the frittata with BREADCRUMBS!!!!!!!!!! So i only had two bites of that. (It's like an omelet/quiche type thing).

              Dinner is chicken strips with buffalo sauce and garlicky greens. I'm going to go for a walk if I can just get past this sleeeeeeeeeeeeepy stage.
