  • second real day.

    Today is my second real day, I see nothing but clear skys and weight loss. Going to the store today, excited about all the cool things to make. One person suggested S. Squash, cant wait to try that. One of my fav. snacks is salomi rolled up with cream cheese and a pickle! Peppers are ok to eat right? Well anyways, Im applying for a job today...wish me luck, hopefully they dont care I have some weight to lose. see you later.

    Todays menu

    2 soft eggs
    salomi rollups
    tuna salad
    hardboiled egg
    Trout and stuffed peppers
    oh and Water Water Water

    SO glad you are feeling so good! You've got the right attitude!

    What you do NOT have is the veggies. Now come on, girl. THREE cups of leafy greens. Peppers are good. But you need more than that. Don't make me and Terry come after you......

      ok finelly. so i went to the store and bought lost's of veggies. I know I am to eat 3 cups, lately I have not been hungry! I just wanted to say that since you have been so supportive, I looked up your profile, I see that history interest you, well we have somthing in common. I am working on a history major at a privite University close to home. I thought that was kinnda cool.

        Yep, veggies blue and your menu will be golden!

        Glad you made it to day 2... on to three!!!

        Finellys cats are gearing up for a run pretty quick so it is a good thing you went and got those veggies!

          GO Blue you can do this.....The menu sounds ok but don't 4 get your veggies....Good Luck on the job interview.....Don't worry u will get it....
