Ok, last night I had one slice of peperroni pizza and a glass of wine. Well I woke up this morning and I am gown 3 pounds. What is up with that?
Today I went back to lo carb eating, but I thought it was weird. I am wondering if I am not getting enough carbs? Not many but maybe I need to add 10 additional carbs?
