Hi everyone! My name is Shannon and this feels like my 100th attempt to start my life over on a healthy track. My first attempt was exactly 2 years ago with great results, however, I fell off the wagon and now I'm back with an additional 5 pounds to lose. I've tried to restart many times but unfortunately I was not fully committed to this life change. Anyhow, this brings me to the present and to my question. What does everyone think about the meat and egg fast? I ask this because I am in a wedding on September 10th and my bridesmaid dress does not fit. I mean I can't even zipper it. I was just wondering if the meat and egg fast would be something to try as a quick start to the induction phase. Any and all responses and or advice would be greatly appreciated.
