    one more question....

    I have a question about some cheese dip. Its called Alouette, and its is sundried tomatos and basil. If anyone knows what im talking about, it is ok to eat with celery? also can I eat Hummus in the introduction? Thank you alll.

          Not sure about the cheese, depends on ingredients and carb count. But pretty sure that hummus will have to wait until the legumes rung of OWL.
