    No Sunday Check in? No water check in? Are we getting lazy here peeps? lol

    I chugged half my water so far and am going on the second leg of my walk soon! Raked alot of apples off the ground too! Hows everyone else doing?

    I did good on Sunday. With water and exercise. Maybe everyone is vacationing??

      Sorry I missed you guys yesterday...It was my lazy day....I didn't do a whole lot...But I did drink all my water ...I think a total of 86 oz...not the full gallon but more than the required ......

        I felt so terrible all day yesterday (and saturday but worse sunday). I did NOTHING all day because I felt so crappy. ANd then it became clear why: at like 1 am last night i started feeling like I was getting a migraine. So, I went to bed and woke up over and over again with a mounting migraine, til at 8 i finally gave in and took my codeine (for migraines). So now it's 12:30 and I"m still a little high and can't tell if I still have a migraine or not but I am afraid that I do. I still feel it lurking, but at least the codeine makes it hurt less.

        anyway, so sunday was good foodwise, but crappy healthwise. Oh, and I lost another pound. ;-P

          I were a bum yesterday. Barely came on the computer. My bad.

          BUT.....I ate good, drank my water, and lost another half a pound!
