    Hi everyone!!

    Well, so far so good for Monday. I have already done my exercise so anything else is an extra benefit. Still feeling strong. Doing so-so on the water, but I'll catch up.

      Hiya!

      All of my kids are back at home, so life is going to be busy, busy busy for me again this week. I'm preparing by......wait.....I'm not prepared! lol

      ANYWAY.......I'm continuing to feel good. Still not up to par on water, but I'm better the last few days than I was earlier last week.

      Plan for today is work out, go back to school (supplies, not clothes this time) shopping with at least one kid, and, here's a thought.........should I finish doing the laundry, or just let it get all mildewy like the kids do??????

        haha finelly, i have mildewy laundry in the washer right now. I just keep forgetting about it! SIlly me!

        Today I woke up with a monster migraine. So, I'm not feeling well at all. Right now I'm high on codeine. It's a miracle I"m awake to be honest. It's starting to wear off though and I can feel my headache coming back. *sigh*

        So, I'll do good on food and water today, but I doubt there's going to be any exercise or work done. *sigh*

        Stupid head. This explains why i've been feeling down and out the last two days.

            hey all,
            i had a pretty good weekend. probably a little too much sodium so i'm trying to drink extra water to flush out that weight. anyways...it is suupper duper hot today here. went grocery shopping and was sweating unloading the groceries into the car haha. but now there is some yummy foods to be eaten for dinner! well that's all for now. how is everyone else doing?

            Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit

              Checking in! The weekend was great until last night and argh i ate a bun!...and a big spoonfull of potato salad. Today is much better though. It's just too hard to eat while at relatives houses and vacation was killer. i fell off for a day there too and gained 7 pounds in water. it took a couple days to drop that. sigh, no more eating food i haven't brought with me on trips of which there will be 3 in the next few weeks. I have been going strong on the water since I jumped back on before vacation and today I'm at 64 oz with the evening left to go so another 64 will get drunk cuz it's hot here! well hot for me. My exercise has been a bit off the mark and i'm trying to get it back on track too, it's been hot and cold due to spending too much time at work or driving around/between provinces! I did go work out with my horse on saturday though

              Other good news - I will have a new excuse for getting more exercise in late september as we are getting a new puppy that will need walks all the time border collie shepherd X, so should be smart and very active. My 6 yr old son is very excited he is getting a dog since he's never had one before, so i'll be shadowing them to make sure puppy gets cared for properly and in a timely fasion which means i get tons of exercise - especially once it's old enough to goto agility classes.

                I made it through the weekend cheat free, including attending a family reunion that was potluck. I ate a tuna salad before I left and only ate a piece of fried chicken with the skin peeled off. All the rest of the food there was sugary junk and high carb foods. I managed to lose 1.2 lbs this weekend too. Woooooo Hooooo!

                  I am back and doing great! Today after cheating all last week while on vacation- No regrets just keep on goin! I am not going to sulk about it- I know I was horrible but the madness had to stop. Grocery shopping yesterday and I now have tons of the "right" foods to eat! I am doing good- afraid to touch the scales for at least a week but i am back!

                      I am feeling about ten thousand times better, thank god! I was worried i was getting depressed again since I was so BLAH all weekend but today I feel great. woo!

                        I feel incredible! Have so much energy! Treated myself to a new pair of black nike running shoes and a water bottle with a waist band thingie. Suffering the new shoes blister on my heel...but I'll live! Here in Canada the summer is short lived and I can already feel the promise of fall in the morning air...I am walking my a$$ off enjoying the weather as long as I possibly can! Water is being drank, no cheating and I am on a ROLL! Rikki good to see you back, missed ya!
