Well, so far so good for Monday. I have already done my exercise so anything else is an extra benefit. Still feeling strong. Doing so-so on the water, but I'll catch up.

well that's all for now. how is everyone else doing?
Today is much better though. It's just too hard to eat while at relatives houses and vacation was killer. i fell off for a day there too and gained 7 pounds in water. it took a couple days to drop that. sigh, no more eating food i haven't brought with me on trips of which there will be 3 in the next few weeks. I have been going strong on the water since I jumped back on before vacation and today I'm at 64 oz with the evening left to go so another 64 will get drunk cuz it's hot here! well hot for me. My exercise has been a bit off the mark and i'm trying to get it back on track too, it's been hot and cold due to spending too much time at work or driving around/between provinces! I did go work out with my horse on saturday though
