Mountains of donuts!!! -Whine-

Oh my lord there are mountains of donuts here at work today. I handed out a whole box of them to people on my team and haven't eaten any. It would be sooo easy to just eat one. But my tummy says i'm not hungry and donuts are evil...repeat after me...donuts are evil.... too bad they are made with flour and sugar...maybe i can make a donut out of a block of butter and meat...now there's a bizarre thought!

This is the recipe (people seemed to have really like them, have not tried them myself yet):

"I was craving something sweet yesterday so I made my own atkins-friendly doughnuts. Ok, here's the recipe.

1 scoop of the Dr. atkins vanilla(or choc will do) protien shake mix
1 egg
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp water
mix together and fry in a pan w/ oil. I drop spoon full sizes into the oil and when their done, I sprinkled some splenda on them. YUMMI!!!!!!!"
