  • Question on starting over....

When starting over on the induction phase should you be moderate...I mean should you be mindful of calories and portion or do you start as you have never done it before?

For the induction phase, I would not count calories (shouldn't have to count calories until pre-maintenance/maintenance I believe). Eat only until you are satisfied. Once you are in ketosis, your appetite will naturally decrease. If you are not losing weight, maybe reevaluate what you are doing and eating. I believe that if you are eating to much (more than just satisfied) you will have issues, but otherwise, you should be fine.

    Best of luck!!!

You don't have to count calories, but that doesn't mean calories don't count. So long as you follow the basic tenet of "eat until you're satisfied", you should be fine, especially after ketosis kicks in. You should *always* be mindful of your portions - over eating at any stage is bad!
