  • Lets set a goal

    By October 1st I will...............

    1) increase my exercise to 5 times a week.
    2) lose another 5 pounds (and keep it off)
    3) drink all the water I'm suppose to (shhhhhh)
    4) be cheat free

      hmm.. my goal is to start a routine for exercise. whatever that may be.

      i was doing: tennis on fridays, yoga thursdays, walking one day and swimming one day


      but, i really need to do it every week like that, you know? once my leg is better.

              I will drink more water every day.

              I will exercise at least 3x/week.

              I will fit into a size 10 dress for my friend's wedding on October 1st!

                  Alright, I'm in:

                  Start an exercise program by Monday Aug.15 at least 3 times a week.

                  Lose 10 lbs by Oct. 1.

                  Drink more water.

                  Try to post at least two times a day if I have computer access. (Sometimes we are camping)

                    Ok, I'm in too! This has to be at least my 5th time trying to get back on track and I definitely want it this time. My birthday is Saturday and we're taking my granddaughter to the state fair, so I probably won't really get started til the 14th - but I WILL lose 15 lbs. by Oct. 1 and I will have my exercise increased to 5 times/week by then.

                      By Oct 1 (10 days before my bday) I will be rid of these stupid 25 to 26 pounds that are keeping me from dancing (and a$$ shakin) through the door into onederland! I am bugging hub unit, I keep telling him LOOKOUT cause as soon as I hit onederland, I am only 20 pounds behind him! ROFL

                        By October 1, I will be 10 pounds lighter, exercising 5 days per week (every week) and remembering to take my vitamins/supps daily.

                          By October 1st I will...............

                          1) Be in smaller jeans.
                          2) Look slimmer.
                          3) Feel slimmer.
                          4) Have given away my old size jeans.
                          5) Do a dance, then lots of spins like when I was kid, and fall down because my equlibrium is off, then laugh at how much lighter I feel and how goofy I am.
                          6) Be closer to my goal size/weight!!
