        1) I'll be in onederland doesn't matter if it's 199...lol
        2)I'll be taking swimming lesson and adding swimming to my exercise repetoire
        3)I will add a free aerobics class twice a week to my exercise repetoire(butts and guts here I come)
        4)Be in onederland!!!!!!oh how I pray every night for the whoosh fairy,oh how I do!!!

          You know, dancin' burns calories Shaky shaky. For some reason I hear, "She's a brick hooouse" along with "Do a little dance...get down tonight". <shaky dance in my chair as I type>

          Okay, October 1st....I should be well in to my classes and already have hit the the early 200's by the 19th and will be in a "pause" mode, so...

          I will keep drinking water
          I will keep my rear to this WOE
          I will keep exercising
          I will help others be positive with this WOE, and swift kick those who need it
          I will wear a slinky outfit for my SIL's "Rocky Horror Picture Show Halloween Party"
          I will wear an even more slinkier outfit for dh and my birthday in November...get more wear out of that's for sure
          I will buy a pair of cowgirl boots for just me.

          I will be down in the 190's by New Year's Eve <Come on whooosh fairy, be my friend>

            OK I am in--- my goal is to not weigh in often. Once say, september first then once September 15 and I will be in Onderland by October first!!!! I know I can do it!!!!! Vacation is over and no more distractions!!!! I am also going to keep up with being cheat free- I think it is amazing those of you who have been cheat free for months!!!!Way to go! I also want to start working out regularly. Lets say at least 3x per week at least 30 minutes, doesn't sound like much but working two jobs it is hard to find the time! and since I haven't been doing anything need to start out slow!

              Oh no, looking at my goal setting, I should be starting my excercise plan by today. I guess I better exercise when I get home from work. I don't want to blow my first goal setting. ~PJ

                1. I will be firmly set into school year mode and exercising 6 days a week.

                2. I will be closer to onederland and hopefully in my jeans............ even if I cannot yet breathe comfortably in them ................ I will get em on.

                Who needs oxygen anyway??

                3. I will be right here with my buds taking it one day at a time and celebrating all the milestones we accomplish together!
