  • Gas

    without going into too much detail (ahem) what are some carb friendly options for getting rid of gas? Anything to be done? It just won't come out, er, naturally.

    Gas X - I keep a supply on hand. I just get the Walmart equate brand and it works fine.

        yeah, i took some phazyme and it did precisely nothing.

        Trying to think of things I can eat or drink or something, but I really have no idea. I was practically crying earlier it hurt so bad. My friends think I have appendicitis but I doubt it.

            I always use pepto bismol, but it may not be atkins friendly. Worth it to rid the pain for me though.

                Not that your pregnant. But this page shows alot of things that cause the gas. And quite a few ways to relieve it.
