Fitday.. when you enter your profile in the "home" section, it calculates your Lifestyle calories... go into the Weight section..enter your wieght.. now go to activities... the pie chart gives your basal and lifestyle average calories... that should do it.. y ou can also enter your activity and see what that did for you , too.
