Hey everyone.Day 23 cehck in.I was getting a little frustrated just like I now alot of other people have felt when they looked at themselves in the mirror and didn't see any results.And of course,the way I deal with that normally is by starving myself and then feeling very hungry and bingeing like crazy.But I'm not going through that again.This time,I'm going to eat and drink my water and continue the way I've been doing all along because I know I'm better than that and I'm not going to starve myself anymore.It's immature and doesnt really deal with the real underlying issues.Anyhoo,hopefully everyone is doing well.I can't wait to weigh myself in three weeks so I can see some progress on the scale(hopefully).
