Well its really weird, as strange and lumbering as I probably look while I'm out running/walking at night, I have to admit, I am losing a pound or more a day when I run a bit. Maybe it won't last I dunno. I am really not pushing it that much, I only run at night, not in my morning circuit, and I only run a half block at a time, then I rest then repeat. My feet and legs were sore last night so I thought maybe I had better not push myself on only my second attempt at running. Anyone else have amazing results with running? I have also been eating very little lately as the ketosis takes hold. I am not hungry, but I KNOW I ate WAY more than that before. Oh well. I suppose as long as I'm satisfied in the tummy, it shouldn't matter eh?

Star, so proud of you!!!!
Blast those pounds away!!
Early in the week on one of my walks, I decided to run a couple of 30 second stretches (son was trying to get out of his stroller and this seemed to amuse him and keep him put) - I swear, I felt great while I was running those few times, but right after all the heat rushed right into my face - ugh!! I'll have to keep working on that. Maybe a little more as it gets cooler out.
