hey guys,
i'm here and doing good. i've been trying to stay off the scale but curiousity led me on it today haha and it says 165.5...now i am totally about to start tom and i'm achey and crampy so i'm guessing i have a few extra lbs on. so i'm pretty happy with that reading. nothing much else to report. went to the movies yesterday and saw wedding crashers with my bf-it was hilarious!! anyone looking to go see a movie this weekend-i definitely recommend it!! alright i hope all is well with everyone. tell me how it is going!

Im glad to see you guys are doing ok.....Oh Mich...I heard it was sooooooo funny....it is definetly on my list to see....

TOM can always screw you up.....So my advice don't ever weight 3 day b4 Tom and wait 1 week after Tom is gone to weight otherwise you will just depress yourself...lol

Lol and I see Terr is in Mom overdrive....lol

Things are going well, although.....like michigangirly..,I too got on the scale, good news I guess, lose 5.5 lbs. But still not good enough. Its discuraging, last year I lost that in 2 days, alwell. Trying somthing new, Super B complex, they say it helps with the fatigue we'll see. How are you doing?

Im doing just fine Blue....keeping the strick induction hopefully see some results 2morrow....its my 1 month anniversary....And congrats on the lost....don't be discouraged remember even 1 lb less is a success.....
