    Day 24 Check-in

    My friend from Spain came back and visited today and she said I had lost weight.She said in the stomach,so that now she can really see how huge my breast are.lol.I'm excited,I guess even if I can't tell people can.That's all the motivation I need.
    I CAN RESIST EVERYTHING AND TEMPTATION.

      Those comments are worth it, aren't they? If I heard that once in awhile I'd probably do better. It's nice when someone can see your results, even if you don't! Good job!

              Yes, especially when someone hasn't seen you for a while. The compliments are refreshing and a great motivation!
