    Went to a pool party and stuck with this WOE like white on rice.lol.And I swam a lot so I got a amount of exercise in which is good.

    Sadly,I have to add cream cheese to my list of trigger foods.Once I have a little,I can't stop,so sad.So now it's cream cheese and heavy cream go figure.Not buying it ever again,at least not until I"m in OWl.Goodnight everyone

    I am SO proud of you. You are being so consistent about posting daily, and are really being so MINDFUL about the woe. Paying attention to not only eating the right foods but also what you can't stop eating, even if legal, is outstanding!

    You're close to a month now and you look FABULOUS, dahling! (I can see thru the computer to your house).

    Keep it up!!!!!!!!

      Lots2 your totally during awesome....you always so honest and up front about everything you doing and i think that is sooo important....Continue on the path your on and you are going to look even more Fabulous then you already are.....

        Thank you Finelly and Natasha,so much encouragement.And shush between you two and I I have lost 5more pounds and now I'm 209 but I'm not changing my sig yet because I wasn't supposed to check until August 31st but I went to the bathroom and there was the evil evil scalre staring right at me!!!!

          You are doing awesome!! Yay on those secret 5# too btw

          I have decided to give up the cream cheese as well (except for in faux tatoes) and cream only for a cup of coffee in the morning. No more. They are both addictive to me. I cant do the cheesecake pudding thing for awhile either as I was beginning to crave it every day. Soo damned good..... but it has too much power over me at this point in time.

          Its been fun watching your progress lots!
